DF-512 series anionic polymer flocculant

DF-512 flocculant is a solid powder cationic polyelectrolyte, which can be used as a good coagulant for wastewater treatment and sludge dehydration.

DF - 512 is a kind of high molecular weight polymer, electropositive of polyacrylamide in the class of polymers, therefore 
 DF - 512 floc 
 effect of two kinds of reaction mechanism:

(1) polymer bridging role 
 (2) the electrostatic adsorption.

In addition, since polyelectrolytes are positively charged, they all help to reduce the surface charge and disperse the particles. Therefore, polyelectrolyte system can provide multifunctional activities to improve the separation of solid phase, liquid phase and liquid phase, and increase the efficiency of solid and liquid separation for water treatment and wastewater treatment.

Application method

Before adding, DF-512 must be diluted at least 1000 times with water. At the stirring speed of 500rpm, it can be completely dissolved in water for 40 minutes, and then added to the system by the metering pump. Depending on the composition of raw water and wastewater, the recommended dosage of DF-512 flocculant is as follows:

Raw water purification:

Main coagulant 0.5~5ppm


coagulant 0.05 ~ 2 PPM

Filtering assistant 0.01 ~ 0.2 PPM 


Sludge dewatering substandard goods:

50~500ppm

Wastewater treatment and purification:

0.5 ~ 5 PPM
